Summer Food Service Program - Get Involved!

The Food Bank of Iowa will be continuing our Summer Food Service Program again this summer. This program provides free, nutritious pre-packaged meals to children when free and reduced school meals are not available. Interested in getting involved?! We are looking for general volunteers as well as drivers to deliver meals to our five sites.  If interested, please contact Lauryn at lkappel@foodbankiowa.org or 515-564-0330.

Love to Garden?!

Do you have a love for the outdoors and gardening? The Food Bank of Iowa is looking for ways to expend our Fresh Produce Program and will plant an on-site garden at our main location this spring. View the calendar below for up-coming opportunities or contact Lauryn at lkappel@foodbankiowa.org or 515-564-0330 to set up a date!
